This course discusses the development of animals (especially vertebrates) ranging from the formation of gametes, fertilization, cleavage, blastulasi, gastrulation, neurulasi, organ formation, extra embryonic membranes, regeneration, metamorphosis, and developmental abnormalities.
At the end of this course, students are expected to understand the process of the development of animals and developmental abnormalities as well as the application of science in this field.
Mata kuliah ini membahas tentang proses perkembangan hewan (terutama
hewan vertebrata) mulai dari pembentukan gamet, fertilisasi, pembelahan,
blastulasi, gastrulasi, neurulasi, pembentukan organ, selaput extra
embrio, regenerasi, metamorfosis, dan kelainan perkembangan.
Pada
akhir perkuliahan ini, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memahami proses
perkembangan hewan dan kelainan perkembangan serta aplikasi ilmu di
bidang ini.
